We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Products must be in “as new” condition to be eligible for a return. Please note that items in our Fern's Finds or Final Sales sections are not eligible for returns.
We also offer exchanges on our boots if the sizing is not correct. Simply contact us, and we’ll assist you in finding the perfect fit.

Our average production time ranges from 5 to 7 business days, and you can expect your bag to arrive to you in approximately 10-15 days after shipping, thanks to our amazing production partner in Asia.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
All items are made to order using multiple suppliers to ensure quick worldwide shipping. We refund or exchange for defective items if you contact us within 7 days of receiving your item. If you need to exchange, for a defective item, I will send a replacement out after receiving pictures of the problem with your order.
